And I promise not to stay away for another three months.

So many things have been happening that I haven't had time to catch my breath. I couldn't go on a full-scale current events mode without posting this bit of history. These pictures were taken three months ago on our way back from Mindanao. From Pagadian we went to the Misamis Occidental Aquamarine Park, took a boat ride to Dolphin Island where Yuan and the kids swam with the dolphins! Well, not really. Only Xaris got close enough to see a dolphin pee, because there was another fee for that privilege. Yuan and the others were content with staying on the other side of the net.

We also toured their mini-zoo. Lots of monkeys and reptiles.

We spent about three hours there then we rushed off to Ozamis to catch the Super Ferry 19. The kids had no time to change so Yuan was still on his trunks and a bathrobe when we got to the port. Good thing our accommodations came with its own toilet and bath. And we had the whole room to ourselves.

A lot has happened since then. I hope to post more often.

I was the Most-Likely-to-Remain-Single-for-Life, and I was fine by it. But The Universe has a wonderful sense of humor, and never fails to amaze. So now I’m wife to a maginoo-pero-medyo-bastos papable with the patience of Job, and surrogate mudra to the cutest prodigy this side of the planet.

I’ve been entrusted a kingdom, and I rule it the only way I know how: with an iron hand, a full stomach, and lots of love.

This is my journey to Domestic Divaness.
